SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via 4PX or SF Express (For the orders from HK and TW only). It often takes a week or 2 to handle before shipping out.

The shipping fee is included in invoices and paid by the buyer. Free Shipping for orders over USD 39 by standard shipping methods (ePacket, China Post, or other economy posts)

Please don’t provide us addresses under PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports, and Jurong Island. All of the carriers on Earth refuse to ship to these areas.

If an item is lost/damaged during shipping, we’ll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost.

Note for the customer from HK and TW,

Please kindly provide the shipping information fully in Chinese for a smoother shipment process by SF Express, ID card number is required for the customers from TW.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs:

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

Note for the customers from the EU,

Due to the update of the EU tax policy, all the sellers outside the EU market should charge the VAT from the order during the payment of the order. (The VAT tax rate is different in different countries in the EU, both product cost and the postage (if any) should be charged VAT)

Meanwhile, due to the update of the EU tax policy, the orders over 150 USD requires a VAT number of the destination country of the EU from the seller, we do not have the VAT numbers of all the EU countries. Please split the orders if you want to order over 150 USD items from us. Thanks in advance.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders will be notified as Processing/Shipped.

When your order is shipped out, we will update a tracking code via email so that you can stay up-to-date with your order status.

For tracking, please use the link: https://www.17track.net/en, enter the tracking number and select the correct carrier to track.

For standard shipping methods, it will take up to 3 months (the shipping time may be even longer under the impact of Covid-19) from the shipping date to reach you. Feel free to shop local if there have a ZOMOPLUS dealer in your country, thx.
